STRAP IN AND TRAIN EFFECTIVELY
Suspension Training involves using body weight to perform unique exercise movements in which the user’s hands or feet are supported by a single anchor point (suspension straps) while the opposite end of the body is in contact with the ground. Suspension Training provides a mix of support and mobility to train strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability. It’s a very efficient way to exercise and can be performed in the popular High Intensity Resistance Training format (HIRT).
Suspension Training exercises utilize gravity and movements to generate neuromuscular responses to changes in body position. These movements integrate strength and balance into a single dynamic format that taxes the nervous system at a high level and maximizes the benefits of body weight exercise.
