Dan is a certified personal trainer and biomechanics specialist.  As a young athlete and later Division 1 college football player, his introduction to training was from the perspective of improved athletic performance.  During that time Dan learned a lot about building muscle, strength, speed and getting in great shape.  


In the time since his playing career ended, Dan has stayed true to his athletic roots, while at the same time placing an emphasis on a holistic approach to health, longevity and overall wellness.

Dan is passionate about teaching and inspiring as many people as possible to take responsibility for their health, and to create a lifestyle that will support their goals.

Throughout his career Dan has helped many clients to lose body fat, build muscle, improve overall health, increase work capacity, rehab and prevent injuries and become stronger physically, mentally and spiritually.
